Ok, thanks for the answer. Seems like they are very widely used cards but also Poker Stars is using them, so it's a little strange situation.

Some user posted them, and you are free to use them personally. If you were looking to make money off of them somehow, I would guess that the copyright holder would take exception, but as long as you aren't there should be no problem with how you use them.
